GENERAL

The following specifies the agreement between Baserri and you and outlines specific conditions relating to your booking.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your booking by emailing us at hola@baserrikitchen.com

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS

Card details are taken for the purpose of reserving your table only. We will not process any payments however, in the event of a no-show, part show or late cancellation, we will apply a non-refundable charge of £30 per person or, in the case of the set menu, the full price of the food menu will be charged.

Cancellations (including partial cancellations) must be actioned by calling the restaurant or emailing hola@baserrikitchen.com, 24 hours' prior to your reservation date except bookings during the month of December and other marked occasions, including but not limited to: Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day & Fathers Day, where we will need 48 hours notice to allow us to rebook the table from our waiting list.

Please note that the above varies for special dates such as private hire events and celebrations. Please speak to a member of our team for full details.

If the Restaurant is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement for any reason beyond the Restaurant's reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire; flood or other emergency conditions; or the carrying out of necessary and essential repairs to the Restaurant (or any delay to the completion of such repairs), the Restaurant shall have no liability to you of any kind in respect of such non-performance.
